Attorney Edward W. Gaskill is a Richmond-based family law attorney with over two and a half decades of experience. He practices exclusively in Fort Bend County and focuses on the areas of divorce, custody, CPS defense, and child support disputes. Before dedicating his practice to family law in 2002, Attorney Gaskill focused his practice on business litigation and probate.
Mr. Gaskill’s business background and small business ownership provides our clients with hands on knowledge and experience when dividing assets, evaluating business entities and other financial areas of concern when divorcing.
Mr. Gaskill has also worked in family law areas involving children, whether representing a parent in a custody or modification suit, or in cps defense, representing parents and or children in cps cases involving allegations of abuse or neglect, or as amicus for children in custody cases protecting the child’s best interest.
Attorney Gaskill also has been a family law mediator since the early 2000s. He has represented parties in child support disputes and areas of the law involving minor settlements.
Mr. Gaskill has been a Texas resident since 1984 and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1992. Fort Bend County has been his permanent home for over 27 years.
